We also see our continued partnership with EU-OSHA as an important contributor to evaluating our and your safety and have decided to support the new campaign “Lighten the load” which will run 2020-2022.

We have therefore developed throughout Europe a harmonised People Strategy, HR organisation and KPIs. This contributes to greater success in creating and sharing best practices in terms of attracting and retaining talent.
By 2021 every employee will have the tools and empowerment to contribute to the quality strategy. Everyone will receive job-appropriate training and development tools. Already over 5500 technicians are currently enrolled in STEP and ASEC activities, over 3000 factory workers will be part of quality control circles, and every employee will have access to tools such as 5S or project management courses.
