Payment

The total shipping cost is calculated by adding up "Per Product" cost. The "Per Product" cost is a flat rate based on the weight, or volume and calculated on the assumption that no ramp is available at the delivery address and is located with the range of XXX km from our local depot.

If additional shipping charges apply, we will inform you and the charge appear on the order confirmation.

The following payment methods are available

Credit card: Card processing is encrypted by PAYEX, our payment service provider. We use industry standard encryption protocol known as Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to keep your order information secure. This means all of your personal information, including your credit card number, name and address cannot be accessed by anyone other than authorized users pursuant to our privacy policy.

Invoice: Payment terms are net 30 days after the invoice date. Delivery after payment clearance.
Financing by Toyota Material Handling

Try & Buy: This financing options gives you the possibility of short-term renting the Product for a maximum of X weeks in accordance with our terms and conditions for short-term rental.
Further described in Terms section G.

You have the option to return the ordered Product at the end of the rental period or to purchase it in accordance with the terms of the original order, in which case the Product price will be invoiced after the rental period has ended with payment terms net 30 days after the invoice date. Delivery of the product will be done when the financing agreement is signed by parties and payment clearance.

Rental 36 months: By choosing this financing option you are given the possibility of renting the Product for 36 months in accordance with our terms and conditions for long-term rental, as further described in Terms section G. The rental fee is invoiced on a monthly basis with payment terms net 30 days after the invoice date. Delivery of the product will be done when the financing agreement is signed by parties and payment clearance

Payment for Additional Service package
The Service prices shown in the Online Store are indicative only and are subject to specification in the Service agreement between the parties.

The price stated online includes compensation for Supplier's work, and travel, however, can travel cost be reported separately in the contract. The price is subject to site inspection and/or any other site circumstances not know to us. The work is performed during the our normal business hours on weekdays between 07:00 and 16:00. Overtime and delivery of spare parts and accessories, and any other additional costs incurred by you, will be according to our price list in effect at the time of execution of maintenance.
