The Toyota low level order picker forklift trucks are the ideal support when picking up to 2.8 m as they are easy to operate and operators can effortlessly get on and off. With load capacities between 1000 kg and 2500 kg, our order picker range includes a lot of configurations to meet different demands for picking at first level and picking at second level. Our L-series allows for picking to pallet or roll cage with high-speed travel over long distances. The N-series allows picking items with its easy connection to different kinds of trolleys.

Picking lightweight goods
The Toyota Optio N-series low level order picker is ideal to support order pickers throughout the day because they are easy to operate and easy to connect to all kinds of trolleys.
Compact design
In e-commerce businesses, the warehouse aisles are often quite narrow. Its speed, flexible manoeuvrability, very low step-in height (70mm) and narrow width (600mm), make the Toyota Optio N-series low level order pickers the perfect match for these applications. Thanks to the narrow width, the use of warehouse space can be optimised and it is easier to work with several trucks in the same aisle.
Easy docking system
A range of Toyota trolleys can be attached to the unique docking system of the Toyota Optio N-series light-duty low level order pickers. The system is optimised for quick and easy trolley connection and detaching trolleys can even be done from the truck. A pick-train coupling solution creates a short tugger train with a small turning radius, often used for moving parts, mail parcels and e-commerce orders.
Intuitive controls
Our N-series low level order picking range comes with a steering wheel on the left and a travel control that combines controls for driving, braking and reversing on the right. This intuitive and ergonomic set-up provides the operator a comfortable driving position. Key information about the truck is shown on the informative display. To store small items such as pens, scanners, cans, etc., the order pickers come with sufficient storage compartments.
Quick battery exchange
To support all customer needs, there is a choice of batteries, i.e. gel batteries or Li-ion batteries. The Toyota Optio N-series light-duty order pickers come with a battery cassette at the front of the truck for quick and easy battery exchange.

High picking performance
Our Toyota Optio L-series low level order pickers have a high load capacity, meaning more roll cages or pallets can be handled during the same picking round. This results in more efficient picking cycles, less travelling, more items picked and thus better productivity. The fast acceleration and high travel speed reduce transport time, which creates efficient picking cycles. Quick and easy battery charging is available for lead-acid or Li-ion batteries.
Convenient picking at second level
To handle items at second level we provide models with platform lift up to 1,2 m allowing order picking up to 2.8 m. For handling goods from the operator compartment, the Toyota Optio OSE100 and 100W models with the forks at an ergonomic height are perfect.
Thinking about the order picker
Our low level order pickers come with a user-friendly control handle for accelerating, braking, lifting, lowering and steering. The comfortable backrest with handles to facilitate reversing, knee pads and the spacious operator compartment support the operator during his daily picking operations. Thanks to the many storage compartments, small items can be carried along. The machines can also have an integrated shrink film holder.
Safe picking
Picking areas are often very busy. For safer operations, the Toyota Optio L-series offers automatic speed reduction when cornering to help ensure that people, infrastructure and load are all safe. Access to the truck is controlled with a PIN code or Smart Access to allow only authorised users to operate the truck. Lights, such as the integrated daytime running lights and blue spotlight, can decrease incidents in the workplace.
