Toyota’s Advanced VNA concept is based on the BT Vector A-series, which has unique space-saving and productivity-enhancing features. Its articulated chassis provides excellent stability and minimises the space required for aisle-to-aisle transfer, allowing more warehouse space to be used for storage. Productivity levels are exceptional, with outstanding work rates.
Articulated steering
For excellent manoeuvrability and fast aisle changes. Allows transfer aisle up to one metre narrower than required by a non-articulated truck. Please note the Advanced Lifting System (ALS) shown in this image is only available on the VCE150A.
Twin Drive units
Powerful twin drive units and low truck weight reduce cycle times.
Personal protection system (PPS)
Front and rear mounted scanners to detect objects in the aisle. The truck is automatically slowed down or stopped to prevent a collision with a person or other trucks.
Navigation
Assists the driver in reaching the correct pallet location, improves safety, accuracy and productivity. In combination with a Warehouse Management System it enables you to pre-set the quickest route.
Four-wheeled chassis
Ensures class-leading lift capacity with less strain on floors. Powerful twin drive units reduce cycle time.
Belt-driven fork movement
